About Me

I began decorating cakes when I was about 13 years old. Since then, I've worked to incorporate a new skill into each cake design. The recipient of the cake inspires the theme, crafting each cake uniquely for that person. I work with fondant, icing, modeling chocolate, and gumpaste.
